Dubiski was instrumental in bringing this landmark event to London, helping to attract a crowd of 60,000 attendees. However, the achievement holds a deeper personal significance for him, as it is intrinsically linked to a profound family tragedy.
Dubiski's motivation for this event, and his life's work, stems from the death of his daughter, Madison, who was tragically killed in a crowd crush at a concert. Madison, aged 23, along with nine other individuals, was trampled and suffocated during a Travis Scott concert in Houston in November 2021. Following this loss, Dubiski dedicated himself to enhancing crowd safety at both sporting events and concerts. As a direct result of his advocacy, Wembley Stadium has adopted the safety protocols he introduced, starting in December.
