Grayscale Zcash ETF files for three for one share split meaning investors get two additional shares.

Grayscale's Zcash Exchange Traded Fund has officially filed for a three for one forward share split. This corporate action signifies that shareholders will ultimately receive a greater number of individual shares for their current holdings in the ETF.

Under the terms of this forthcoming split, investors will be issued two extra shares for every single share they currently possess. This means an investor holding one share will end up with a total of three shares. This process is set to be completed at the close of trading on September 28 for all eligible shareholders.
