The union is encouraging support for candidates who align with pro worker policies, emphasizing the importance of their votes in shaping future political outcomes.
IAM represents nearly 700,000 active and retired individuals across North America, with members employed at major corporations such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, United Airlines, and Harley Davidson. The campaign specifically targets members and voters residing in eight battle ground states. These states include Maine, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas, Ohio, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois, where the union seeks to mobilize its base to influence election results.
