TD Cowen anticipates that there will be only limited demand for tokenized stocks in the market. This expectation stands even though new rules from the Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, have been implemented.
These recent SEC regulations specifically open up a path for the trading of tokenized stocks. This new trading avenue is designed to operate outside of traditional financial markets, but TD Cowen still foresees low market interest.
