This unionization drive faces considerable resistance from AutoZone. LaborLab, a non profit workers’ rights watchdog, estimates the company has allocated approximately $200,000 to counter the organizing efforts at the White Plains store. This substantial figure is derived from reported external attorney fees and internal executive salary costs, according to information from workers at the store, highlighting what is described as a heavy handed opposition campaign.
